Q: Is there a minimum order amount for regular stock items?
A: No! We offer ordering programs that require no minimums at all.
Q: Can I order my wholesale goods online?
A: We currently accept orders only via email or over the phone! We are working on making wholesale ordering available online for you.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Stock items are prepared upon order confirmation. We expect the order to be delivered to you within 3-5 business.
At most, it should take only 7 days.
Q: How can I order custom products?
A: One of our team members will work with you to find the perfect product to match your vision and then order it from one of our reliable manufacturers. We make sure the product is to your exact specifications before moving forward with the full order. Custom products are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQs).
Q: Are there additional fees required for custom orders?
A: We do not require any additional fees! However, all custom orders will require a 50% deposit due at the time of order confirmation.
Q: How long will it take to get my custom order?
A: Custom items can take anywhere from 120-180 days to arrive. This includes development, production, and shipping.
Q: Can I pay with a credit card?
A: Yes! We offer credit card processing with no extra fees.
Q: Do I have to pay for my order all at once?
A: Our payment terms vary based on your ordering program.
Some programs will require payment upon confirmation, while others offer Net 21 payments.
Q: Are deposits required on all orders?
A: Nope! Depending on your ordering program, you may never have to pay a deposit.
Most often, deposits are required on custom orders, or first orders for select programs.
