Q: Is there a minimum order amount for regular stock items?
A: No! We understand that everyone has different needs so we do not require a minimum on regular stock orders.
Q: Can I order my wholesale goods online?
A: We currently accept orders only via email or over the phone! We are working on making wholesale ordering available online for you.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Stock items are prepared upon order confirmation. We expect the order to be delivered to you within 3-5 business. At most, it should take only 7 days.
Q: How can I order custom products?
A: One of our team members will work with you to find the perfect product to match your vision and then order it from one of our reliable manufacturers. We make sure the product is to your exact specifications before moving forward with the full order.
Q: Are there additional fees required for custom orders?
A: We do not require any additional fees! However, all custom orders will require a 50% deposit due at the time of order confirmation and standard handling fees will apply, as they do on all orders.
Q: How long will it take to get my custom order?
A: Custom Orders will require at least 16 weeks lead time. This will include creating the product, sample approval, and shipping.
Q: Can I make payments with a credit card?
A: Yes! We take payments via credit card or check.
Q: Do I have to pay for my order all at once?
A: Not unless you prefer to! If our standard payment policy doesn’t work for you, we will happily work with you to make a payment plan.
Q: Are deposits required on all orders?
A: No! Deposits are only required on first orders and any custom orders placed.
