Sevenfold has adopted a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee*.

This applies to buyer’s remorse or other extenuating circumstances where the product cannot be replaced.

Due to the nature of our catalog, we limit the products that come back to our office. If you wish to return your product, we ask that you see the below requirements for Physical Returns.

Rest assured, Sevenfold will never resell goods that have been used, washed, or otherwise damaged/compromised.

Refunds for the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee will be processed once the return has been received, or as soon as a Sevenfold team member has approved the request.



Returns Outside of 30-Days

At Sevenfold, we understand that sometimes things just happen. We ask that any time you have a concern about your product/order, you reach out to our Customer Care team.

When your return is outside of 30 days, we may be able to offer other methods for your return such as, full/partial refund, replacement, or store-credit, depending on the reason for return, product status/quality, and time since purchase.

We will handle all returns on a case-by-case basis in order to best serve you.

Physical Returns

Sevenfold will accept physical returns if:

– The product has not be used or washed

– The product is still in it’s original packaging

Sevenfold will not accept physical returns if:

– It is outside of the 30-Day window

– The product does not meet the above requirements, unless otherwise approved by a team member

For any products that are used, washed, or otherwise compromised, we ask that you either donate to a local shelter / resale store, or dispose of in an ethical way after speaking with our team regarding your concerns.

Replacements vs. Refunds

Our goal is to give you the best quality customer service there is. With that said, we understand that sometimes we might get your order wrong or there might be another issue with your order.

Sevenfold will process each return / replacement request on a case-by-case basis.

If you received the wrong item in your order, or the item is defective, we will work on a speedy replacement for you.
