Q: How Often Will I Be Contacted?

A: Once confirmed, we will reach out to you with updates on the estimated time of arrival (ETA). These updates typically happen as we get updates from our suppliers. The average number of emails, including the order confirmations, is around 2-3.

You can request to be removed at any time by simply replying to our emails, filling out a contact form, or giving us a call.


Q: When Will I Get My Order? 

A: Item delivery times may vary. By placing yourself on the backorder list, you will be the first to be notified of the restock dates, and be one of the first people to receive products from the shipment.


Q: When Do I Pay? 

A: Unlike a pre-order, you do not have to pay anything up front when you add yourself to our backorder list. Once the product is nearing our warehouse, we will reach out to you to confirm your order. As soon as you confirm the item(s) of your backorder, we will send you a link for payment.


Q: Can I Change My Backorder?

A: You can remove, change, or add to an existing backorder at any time. Please contact our team ([email protected]) to make adjustments.
