Getting Your Order

Question: Do you ship outside of the US?

Answer: At this time, we do not ship outside of the US. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Question: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Answer: We often ship via UPS* and they require a physical address. Some P.O. box locations will accept the package, but this is not guaranteed.

We recommend checking with your postal annex / PO Box location to verify.

Question: How long will it take to get my order?

Answer: We pack orders same-day when possible. If not, orders are packed the next business day.

Shipping time will depend on where you’re located. Generally it will take anywhere between 2-5 business days to get to you.

Question: Can I opt for expedited shipping?

Answer: Great question! We do not currently offer expedited shipping, but we are working on adding this feature to our website in 2021.

*For some small orders we will ship via USPS, but we use UPS due to their superior tracking, customer service, and insurance.

Question: What is a gusset?

Answer: “Gusset” refers to the depth, or height, of your mattress. We make our Fitted Sheets with ultra-deep gussets and a fully elastic bottom. This will make it fit around gussets up to 16 inches.

Question: Where are your products made?

Answer: Our sheets, pillowcases, towels, blankets, and throws are made in India. Our comforters and pillows are made here in the US. And finally, our Robes and Duvet Cover Sets are made in China.

Rest assured, no matter where our products are made, we partner with factories that meet global standards and exceed expectations in reference to workplace conditions, environmental concerns, and textile quality.

Question: What is the difference between the Down Comforter and the Down Batiste Comforter?

Answer: Our Down Comforter is filled with a European White Goose Down at a Fill Power of 700. The Fill Power refers to the amount of fill within the comforter. The higher the fill, the fluffier it is. The best comforters will range from 700-900. Our Batiste Down Comforter has a slightly higher quality fill (Siberian White Goose Down) and a Fill Power of 850. This comforter has a cover made of Batiste Cotton which is the highest quality down-proof cotton. So, with the Down Batiste Comforter you are getting the highest quality cotton and the fluffiest comforter we offer.

Question: What is the difference between a Medium and Firm Fill?

Answer: Medium Fill will have less fill inside of it and be slightly more malleable. The Firm fill will look and feel more stuffed

Example – Goose Down Pillow (Queen)

Medium Fill = 19 ounces

Firm Fill = 23 ounces

Question: Do you sell single pillowcases?

Answer: At this time, we do not sell single pieces.

We found that most people bought pillowcases in sets of 2 or 4. So, we discontinued the single pieces.

Question: The duvet sets are “100% Cotton Percale” – What does “percale” mean?

Answer: Percale is a type of weave that creates a lightweight, breathable fabric.

Question: Do they duvet cover sets fit on your comforters and pillows?

Answer: Yes! Our duvet cover sets were designed to pair beautifully with our down and down alternative comforters and pillows.


Towels | Bath Mats | Robes

Question: Why is there so much lint in my dryer trap?

Answer: It is very normal for new towels to have extra lint coming off in the dryer. This is due to excess fibers that are caught in the towel from the weaving process. The shedding of excess fibers usually lasts for the first 10 washes or so before going to a minimal / regular amount.

If you have had your towel for a long time (years) and you notice excess linting, this may be due to the age of the towel and it might be time to replace it.

Question: How thick are the bath mats?

Answer: Our Classic Bath Mat is styled like a luxury hotel bath mat. This means it will be more lightweight than a rug. However, we have designed our bath mats to be super absorbent and soft on your toes.

Question: Where are your products made?

Answer: We have worked with manufacturers in China, India, and the US.

Our sheets, pillowcases, towels, blankets, and throws are made in India; Robes are made in India and China; and finally comforters and pillows are made here in the US.

Question: What is the difference between the Bath Towel and the XL Bath Towel?

Answer: The XL Bath Towel is 25% bigger than our regular Bath Towel. This is great for people who want more towel to wrap themselves in.

Question: Which robe is better for an all-season robe?

Answer: Both of our robes can be used all-year-round. It settles down to your preference. We recommend considering the climate in your house and how easily you get warm / cold.

Our Velour Bathrobe is more plush and thick. Perfect for colder climates or people who prefer to bundle up in their robe. Our Waffle Bathrobe is more lightweight. It’s best for warmer climates or people who get warmer easily.

Question: Where are your candles made?

Answer: We currently carry Penrose Candles which are handmade in Portland, OR.

Question: Where are your products made?

Answer: Our sheets, pillowcases, towels, blankets, and throws are made in India. We are in the process of moving our robe production to India, as well.. Our comforters and pillows are made here in the US.

Question: What are the candles made of?

Answer: The candles are made of natural soy wax and pure essential oils.

Question: What is the different between a throw and a blanket?

Answer: Our throws are 50″ x 60″ and best used as an accent piece.

Our Layering Blankets are sized for the bed and come in Queen or King size.

Question: Do you carry throw pillows / accent cushions?

Answer: We do not currently carry any cushions or throw pillows, but we look forward to adding them to our catalog soon!

Question: I am having trouble accessing my account. What should I do?

Answer: If you are unable to log-in, we recommend double checking the email and then resetting your password. If this does not work, please send an email to [email protected] or call us at 503-292-6418 / 833-292-6418.

Question: Do you have a wedding registry option?

Answer: At the moment we do not have a wedding registry option set-up yet. However, we are working on this and hope to have one up in 2021. You can find some of our items on other platforms, like Amazon and Wayfair, which will allow you to add to a registry.

Question: How do I sign up for the newsletter?

Answer: You can sign up for the newsletter by scrolling to the bottom of the website and entering your email. Alternatively, you can select to receive our newsletter while checking out.

Question: An item I want is on backorder. How does that work?

Answer: We try to make our backordering as simple as possible. If you see an item is backordered, contact our team. We will gather your contact details and a shipping address. We keep you updated with the ETA of the products and confirm the order once the goods arrive. You don’t pay until the goods are ready to ship! We can also modify your order at any time prior to shipping.
